Integrated vector genome insertion site analysis

Our assay is validated and has successfully supported CAR-T therapies approved by NMPA. We provide comprehensive and complete analysis reports for CAR-T, CAR-NK, modified HSC using integrated vectors such as lentiviral vectors or transposons, including insertion site genomic distribution, insertion site sequence preference, and site enrichment in tumor-associated genes.

High sensitivity multiplex immune marker analysis

High sensitivity proteomics platform allows for the simultaneous detection of up to 3,000+ protein markers, covering all major biological pathways. For multiplex cytokine detection, absolute quantification of 45 cytokines can be achieved with sensitivity up to fg/mL with only 1 µL of sample. It can be used for pharmacological efficacy and toxicological studies in pre-clinical in vitro and in vivo experiments, and also for immune marker analysis in efficacy and safety study in clinical trials.
