Proteomics is an academic field that can study the composition, function, and interactions of all proteins in a certain type of sample, such as cells, tissues, and body fluids, through high-throughput technology. Sequanta Technologies provides high-throughput, high-sensitivity, and high-specificity protein detection services based on Olink proximity extension analysis technology, which can detect up to 3072 proteins with only 1-6 μL of sample. Sequoia-Genomics also provides solutions such as Olink Target 48/96 panels based on the qPCR platform and Olink Explore 384/3072 panels based on the NGS platform.

Long-read sequencing
